Terms and Conditions for Kollatos Greene Construction

1. Introduction

By using the services provided by Kollatos Greene Construction, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our services, website, and any transactions related to our handyman and construction services. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services Provided
​
Kollatos Greene Construction offers a wide range of handyman and construction services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, and home renovations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services without prior notice.

3. Service Fees and Payment
​

Handyman Service Fees: The first hour of handyman service is charged at a minimum rate of $110. Subsequent hours will be billed at $50 per hour.

Other Services: For other types of construction or renovation services, a customized quote will be provided.

Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via [credit card, cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods].

Late Payment: A late fee may apply to payments not made within [X] days of the service completion date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a $110 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule a job less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee of $110 may apply.
5. Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the work completed, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns.

Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for incomplete or unsatisfactory work.

6. Liability and Insurance

Kollatos Greene Construction is fully licensed and insured for all services provided. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Warranty
​
We provide a 5 year warranty on labor for services completed. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

8. Confidentiality
​
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or property-related information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
​
We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario,Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
